The firm was established by Mohammad Huda. He brings with him over 10 years of Accounting public practice experience. He has extensive experience with owner managed businesses and development tax incentives.

Mohammad Huda graduated from University of Texas,in Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting (BBA) in 1999. He has also completed Canadian Association of Petroleum Accounting (CAPPA).

He is also Registered Public Accountant of Alberta. (RPAA)

He is also member of University of Texas Alumni Society and member of CAPPA and RPAA.
